How To Use

• Eyeliner: Shake well before use. Starting at the inner corner of the eye, glide the flexible-tip liner along the lash line. Build thickness or extend the line outward for a wing.

• Mascara: Apply starting at the root of the lashes in a zig-zag motion, working your way upward. Apply additional coats to build to your desired effect.
